Daniel Morman
Dan has over 25 years of coaching, consulting, and management experience with improving results in Leadership Development, Strategy Development, Business Process Reengineering, and Cultural Transformation.
He works closely with senior leaders to help them meet the challenges of building sustainable long-term profit, growth, and organizational capacity. Much of this work centers on growing new capacity to lead and influence their organization in these times of greater complexity, uncertainty, and time compression. This work often includes the deeper purpose, satisfaction and life balance issues that affect these efforts. Dan has led many successful efforts in Strategic Planning, Business Process Design, High Performance Teams, and the successful implementation of change.
Dan has also co-developed and leads the Next-Level Leadership Program™, a year long, transformational experience for senior leaders. He also teaches courses in Leadership and Self Deception, Inciting Excellence: Coaching Skills for Leaders, Integral Change and Spiral Dynamics and Building Business Acumen. Several of his programs licensed to firms offering them widely in the US and Canada.
His clients include IBM, Cisco Systems, Dell, US Treasury, State of Texas, City of Houston, Baker Hughes, Chevron-Texaco, Hitachi Heavy Construction (America), Transcon Steel, Alcoa and The Full Circle Group.
Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Dan served as Manager of Industrial Engineering for a 3,000 person Division of R. R. Donnelley (Printing and Media Replication) where he and his staff planned and justified major capital improvements and planned new facilities in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Later Dan led the new information systems development for a group of Divisions, which included the redesign of key business processes to create a platform of “next generation” technology solutions.
Dan lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two sons.
Greg Stephens
Greg is a widely recognized master trainer in leadership development, team building, self-mastery, and executive coaching. For more than 20 years he has inspired and motivated audiences in hundreds of organizations, including global leaders in agriculture, construction, education, energy, engineering, entertainment, government, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, nonprofit, religion, technology, and transportation. His authentic style, rich work and personal history allow him to connect rapidly and deeply with a wide range of audiences from chief executives, to middle managers, technical professionals and frontline workers. His work gets results through individual coaching sessions, small and large groups, and in virtual settings.
Greg is a certified Master Trainer with VitalSmarts, where he delivers dynamic speeches and teaches award winning programs, such as Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Influencer, Getting Things Done (GTD), and The Power of Habit. Expanding his reach, Greg became certified to teach virtually in 2019.
He has also created multiple week-long “leadership boot camps” to help executives develop the skills necessary for effective leadership, as well as several “stand alone” offerings such as, Effective Feedback, Effective Communication, and Effective Performance Reviews.
Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Greg held a career in sales and marketing with several organizations, including more than 12 years with Roche Laboratories. He is also a certified professional mediator and currently lives in Austin, Texas.
Dr. Tomi Bryan
Tomi is a senior coach and consultant based in Greensboro, NC. She is a gifted facilitator of strategy development in diverse environments such as the redesign of global IT Development and Deployment, the adoption of global standards for chemical safety testing of cloth prior to manufacture, to the global initiative to identify and treat autoimmune encephalitis. She possesses a rare combination of technical knowledge and an intuitive sense of people, making her sought out by individuals, teams, organizations and other consultants.
Tomi is a thought leader in personal and organizational transformation, using systems thinking to help clients identify the leverage points to achieve new levels of success. She is the author of two books on personal transformation using systems thinking: The 5 Keys To The Great Life and What’s Your Superpower?
Tomi has a legal background, consulting background, and teaching background. In addition to earning a J.D. and a Ph.D. in Leadership & Organizational Change, Tomi has many certification and designations including a Change Management Certification by ProSci; International Certification in Organizational System Dynamics; Board Certified Coach; Certified by The Leadership Circle™ to deliver their classes, the TLCP 360°Assessment, Cultural Survey Assessment and Follow-Through Tool; Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional; and Licensed Attorney in North Carolina.
She practiced law for 13 years before becoming an organizational design consultant. Her organizational experience includes purpose work; facilitation of global meetings in the medical field, clothing industry, and engineering field; coaching; strategy development and implementation; and facilitating organizational change. She has also been an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University School of Law, The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, North Carolina A&T University, and the University of Phoenix. Courses included HR for Business Students, Business Law, The Basics of Compliance, and The Art of Organizational Compliance.
