Daniel Morman

Dan has over 25 years of coaching, consulting, and management experience with improving results in Leadership Development, Strategy Development, Business Process Reengineering, and Cultural Transformation.

He works closely with senior leaders to help them meet the challenges of building sustainable long-term profit, growth, and organizational capacity. Much of this work centers on growing new capacity to lead and influence their organization in these times of greater complexity, uncertainty, and time compression. This work often includes the deeper purpose, satisfaction and life balance issues that affect these efforts. Dan has led many successful efforts in Strategic Planning, Business Process Design, High Performance Teams, and the successful implementation of change.

Dan has also co-developed and leads the Next-Level Leadership Program™, a year long, transformational experience for senior leaders. He also teaches courses in Leadership and Self Deception, Inciting Excellence: Coaching Skills for Leaders, Integral Change and Spiral Dynamics and Building Business Acumen. Several of his programs licensed to firms offering them widely in the US and Canada.

His clients include IBM, Cisco Systems, Dell, US Treasury, State of Texas, City of Houston, Baker Hughes, Chevron-Texaco, Hitachi Heavy Construction (America), Transcon Steel, Alcoa and The Full Circle Group.

Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Dan served as Manager of Industrial Engineering for a 3,000 person Division of R. R. Donnelley (Printing and Media Replication) where he and his staff planned and justified major capital improvements and planned new facilities in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Later Dan led the new information systems development for a group of Divisions, which included the redesign of key business processes to create a platform of “next generation” technology solutions.

Dan lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two sons.

Greg Stephens

Greg is a widely recognized master trainer in leadership development, team building, self-mastery, and executive coaching.  For more than 20 years he has inspired and motivated audiences in hundreds of organizations, including global leaders in agriculture, construction, education, energy, engineering, entertainment, government, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, nonprofit, religion, technology, and transportation.  His authentic style, rich work and personal history allow him to connect rapidly and deeply with a wide range of audiences from chief executives, to middle managers, technical professionals and frontline workers. His work gets results through individual coaching sessions, small and large groups, and in virtual settings.

Greg is a certified Master Trainer with VitalSmarts, where he delivers dynamic speeches and teaches award winning programs, such as Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Influencer, Getting Things Done (GTD), and The Power of Habit.  Expanding his reach, Greg became certified to teach virtually in 2019. 

He has also created multiple week-long “leadership boot camps” to help executives develop the skills necessary for effective leadership, as well as several “stand alone” offerings such as, Effective Feedback, Effective Communication, and Effective Performance Reviews.

Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Greg held a career in sales and marketing with several organizations, including more than 12 years with Roche Laboratories.  He is also a certified professional mediator and currently lives in Austin, Texas.

Dr. Tomi Bryan

Dr. Tomi Bryan

Tomi is a senior coach and consultant based in Greensboro, NC. She is a gifted facilitator of strategy development in diverse environments such as the redesign of global IT Development and Deployment, the adoption of global standards for chemical safety testing of cloth prior to manufacture, to the global initiative to identify and treat autoimmune encephalitis. She possesses a rare combination of technical knowledge and an intuitive sense of people, making her sought out by individuals, teams, organizations and other consultants.

Tomi is a thought leader in personal and organizational transformation, using systems thinking to help clients identify the leverage points to achieve new levels of success. She is the author of two books on personal transformation using systems thinking: The 5 Keys To The Great Life and What’s Your Superpower?

Tomi has a legal background, consulting background, and teaching background. In addition to earning a J.D. and a Ph.D. in Leadership & Organizational Change, Tomi has many certification and designations including a Change Management Certification by ProSci; International Certification in Organizational System Dynamics; Board Certified Coach; Certified by The Leadership Circle™ to deliver their classes, the TLCP 360°Assessment, Cultural Survey Assessment and Follow-Through Tool; Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional; and Licensed Attorney in North Carolina.

She practiced law for 13 years before becoming an organizational design consultant. Her organizational experience includes purpose work; facilitation of global meetings in the medical field, clothing industry, and engineering field; coaching; strategy development and implementation; and facilitating organizational change. She has also been an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University School of Law, The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, North Carolina A&T University, and the University of Phoenix. Courses included HR for Business Students, Business Law, The Basics of Compliance, and The Art of Organizational Compliance.

Timothy JohnPress

Tim’s work as a performance coach and advisor over the past 17 years has impacted hundreds of executives, business leaders and athletes worldwide. He has designed, lead and coached dozens of multi year engagements on integral leadership, emotional intelligence, high performance teamwork, operational optimization and organizational transformation.

Tim’s clients include Boeing, Microsoft,
Google, Honda, MasterCard,
Dolby Labs, University of Texas, Notre Dame University.

He is a Certified Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner, and a graduate of Coach University.

Prior to starting his coaching career, Tim served as Field Engineer for Astronautics Corporation managing the operation and performance of the U.S. military’s top secret communication systems in Central Texas. Tim also worked as an engineer in the high tech sector for several years designing integrated circuits for companies such as Motorola and various technology startups. He is also a Martial Arts Master with the World Tukong Moosul Federation and International Tae Kwon Do Federation.

Dr. Linda Ford

Dr. Linda Ford has logged over 30,000 hours helping leaders achieve their goals. She has provided culture consulting, executive coaching, and strategic planning for hundreds of successful executives. Many of the lessons from this work are found in “The Fourth Factor: Managing Corporate Culture,” a practical, accessible book for leaders who are serious about leading culture.

Linda supports and develops leaders who act with integrity and authenticity to create stronger organizations and communities on behalf of all the stakeholders. She comes to this work with 15 years experience working inside large organizations, over 20 years consulting experience, and a PhD in Human and Organization Systems.

Ford has also served on the full time faculty at both Concordia University Texas and St. Edwards University. At Concordia, Ford was the founding director of the MBA program, taking it from concept to a fully developed program.

Linda’s strengths include:

After 25 years in Silicon Valley, Ford has returned to her native Texas. She currently lives in Austin with her husband, Gary, and their two cats.

 

Keith Lewis

Keith has worked in global facilitation, executive coaching, and training since 2001.  His work is focused in two primary areas:

– Collective and individual leadership and executive development assessments and coaching utilizing The Leadership Circle’s (TLC’s) profiles and Leadership System

– Facilitation of simulations or accelerated learning (AL) designed training programs covering strategic planning, teamwork, feedback, culture, partnerships and more

As a senior consultant in Change Management with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), Keith cultivated his knowledge in organization development, corporate culture and organizational communication. Keith also contributed to the growth of Eagle’s Flight, a global experiential training company, as a Vice President of Business Development. Keith added over $3.5 million in sales and delivered hundreds of programs.

Keith earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Northwestern University, received a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas. He is a certificated in TLC’s 360 Profile, Leadership System and Culture Survey, Accelerated Learning Design and Delivery, as well as various business simulations. Keith is a graduate of Corporate Coach University.

His clients include Tokyo Electron, Advanced Micro Devices, Freescale Semiconductor, Shell E&P and Shell Services, Baker Hughes, Luminex Corporation, Texas Instruments, Continental Airlines, The Business Leadership Center at SMU’s Cox School of Business, and The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.

Keith is proud to have been married for almost 20 years, has 3 wonderful kids, is a 5th generation Texan, and served as Willie the Wildcat for Northwestern University and as Bennie the Bull for the Chicago Bulls.

Tova is an Executive Leadership Consultant and Personal Coach based in Austin, TX, with over 10 years of experience working with business owners, entrepreneurs, and in developing and coaching executive leadership programs. She has a broad knowledge base in human behavior and development coupled with business expertise enables her to work with leaders at all levels to accelerate personal growth and business performance. Tova’s has an unwavering commitment to develop consciously competent leaders by inviting deeper levels of inquiry. Her clients improve alignment and productivity enabling them to craft extraordinary and sustainable bottom line results.

Tova also provides executive education, facilitation, coaching and consulting services.  She is certified in The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment as well as certified in facilitating The Promise of Leadership, Leader To Leader Training and Pulse Survey Assessment.  She is a graduate of The School for The Work (Byron Katie).

Prior to her coaching career, Tova graduated summa cum laude with her BA in Psychology from Wheaton College in 1989.  After completing training at The New England Center for Autism, she educated severely autistic adolescents and adults. She has also run a successful full-time private practice as a certified muscular therapist.  She currently resides with her husband Tim and daughter Ally in Austin, TX.
